How much is shipping?

We ship to all US states for a flat fee of $12.00.

Will I need to pay taxes?

Yes, the tax rate for the District Of Columbia is 6%.

What are your shipping restrictions?

At this time we do not ship internationally. We are also unable to ship orders to P.O. Boxes.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 7 - 14 business days for your order to be processed, shipped and delivered. 

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. If for some reason your purchase is damaged upon arrival, we will issue a store credit. Photographic proof of damage must be submitted to hello@shopmeyvn.com within 72 hours of receipt of your order. Once the damage has been reviewed, we will then contact you within 48 hours with the next steps.

How often do collections drop?

We release drops in line with the seasons. Please follow us on Instagram and Facebook @shopmeyvn to be the first to know when a new collection is coming.

Will a sold out item come back in stock?

Possibly. Several of our items are one or few-of-a-kind pieces but we sometimes source multiples of certain styles if we can find them. Keep checking our socials to know about new drops or contact hello@shopmeyvn if there is a certain piece you have your heart set on and we'll see what we can do.

We would love to! We offer virtual jewelry previews with our founder Sheryl on a weekly basis. She will happily talk through all the pieces in the collection and answer any questions you may have. You can book a complimentary 45 minute appointment here.
